I’m a DIYer. I love doing things myself or at least trying. That’s why I’m a handyman. But I wasn’t always a handyman.

Growing up, I was always pretty handy around the house, but it wasn’t until I became a homeowner that I got really ambitious. I began with basic painting and wall-treatments, moved on to removing some cabinets,  and eventually cut a giant hole in my bedroom wall (my wife freaked out!) and installed a picture window!

Over the years, my skill set grew along with my confidence. In 2016 I decided to leave my job in law enforcement and started Sloane Home Maintenance.
